Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to:

  • (a) Clients/Customers purchasing services from Sai Chandra Solutions.
  • (b) Employees, Freelancers, Contractors, and Representatives associated with Sai Chandra Solutions.

Section A: Clients / Customers

Official Payment Policy

IMPORTANT: All payments for Sai Chandra Solutions services must be made ONLY to the official company bank account or payment methods explicitly shared on the official website or from the official company email/domain.

Sai Chandra Solutions is NOT responsible for payments made to personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, wallets, or unofficial payment links.

Unauthorized Payments & Misrepresentation

  • If any calling agent, sales representative, employee, or third party collects payment directly from a customer without routing it to the official company account, such actions are considered unauthorized.
  • Sai Chandra Solutions shall NOT be held responsible for any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from payments made outside official payment channels.
  • Customers are advised to verify payment details before making any transaction.

Client Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations requested before project commencement may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once the project has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and deducted from any advance payments.

Refund Policy for Clients

  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
  • No refunds for completed milestones, delivered designs, source files, or deployed websites.
  • Refunds, if approved, are at the sole discretion of Sai Chandra Solutions.

Delays & Client Non-Responsiveness

Delays caused due to lack of client inputs, approvals, or communication do not qualify for refunds. Projects may be paused or closed due to prolonged inactivity (e.g., more than 30 days without response).

Section B: Employees / Freelancers / Contractors

Recruitment & Onboarding Fees

Any fees paid toward assessments, onboarding, or training (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payment & Compensation

  • Payments are made only for completed and approved work as per the agreement.
  • No payment is guaranteed for incomplete, abandoned, or rejected tasks.

Withdrawal & Termination

  • Individuals may withdraw from their engagement voluntarily.
  • Sai Chandra Solutions reserves the right to terminate engagement due to misconduct, misrepresentation, fraud, or policy violations.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

General Terms

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy or refund request must be approved in writing by Sai Chandra Solutions management.

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed only to the original official payment source used during the transaction.

Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by the laws of India.
