Sales Partner Terms

1. Role Overview

The "Sales Partner" role is an independent, freelance, commission-based partnership with Sai Chandra Solutions. This is not an employment contract, and there is no fixed monthly salary.

The Sales Partner has no authority to collect payments, alter pricing, or make binding commitments on behalf of the company.

2. Commission Model

Sales partners earn a flat 20% commission on the final project value for each successfully closed website deal.

Commission is paid in two stages:

• 50% of commission is paid after the client pays the advance amount.
• Remaining 50% is paid after the final payment is received upon website delivery.

Note: Commission applies only to payments successfully received by Sai Chandra Solutions.

3. Payment & Collection Terms

To ensure transparency and security:

• A minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory to start any project.
• The remaining 50% is collected after website delivery.
• All payments must be made only to the official UPI or bank account assigned by Sai Chandra Solutions.

4. Lead Source & Territory Policy

Initial Stage: The company may provide Excel sheets of business leads sourced from Google Maps.

• Sales partners must call only assigned leads within the allocated geographic area.

After Consistent Performance:

• Excel lead allocation may stop.
• Partners will be assigned area-based targets instead.

Sales partners may always bring clients from personal networks, referrals, and inner circles.

5. Ethical & Professional Conduct

We value integrity and professionalism. As a partner, you agree to:

• Represent services and pricing accurately.
• Do not make false promises about timelines or features.
• Maintain professional communication.
• Do not misuse the company name or brand.
• Do not reuse company-provided leads after termination.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Sai Chandra Solutions is not responsible for commitments, promises, or transactions made by Sales Partners outside approved processes.

Any fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized payment collection is the sole responsibility of the Sales Partner.

7. Exit & Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate the partnership at any time.
• Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, payment misuse, or misrepresentation.
• Pending commissions may be withheld or forfeited in case of violations.
