Sales Partner Onboarding
Everything you need to know to start earning commissions successfully.
1. Commission & Payments
- Commission Rate: Sales partners earn a flat 20% commission on the final project value.
Commission Payout Structure:
- 50% of commission is paid after the client pays the 50% advance payment.
- Remaining 50% is paid after the final payment is received upon website delivery.
Payment Timing: Commission is paid within 24–48 hours after each payment is received by the company.
Payment Method: UPI or Bank Transfer.
Note: Commissions apply only to payments received directly by Sai Chandra Solutions.

3. Roles & Responsibilities
You (Sales Partner):
- Find leads (Google Maps, referrals, personal network).
- Explain the value of having a website.
- Close the deal and guide the client to make payment to the company’s official account.
- Do not collect payments in personal accounts or cash.
We (Company):
- Handle all technical work (design, development, hosting).
- Communicate delivery timelines and scope.
- Provide post-delivery support.
- Pay commissions on time.
4. What NOT to Promise
To avoid issues, please do not promise:
- "Instant" rankings on Google #1 (SEO takes time).
- Features not listed in our packages (unless approved as Custom).
- Unrealistic timelines (standard delivery is 3-5 days).
- Do not promise discounts, refunds, or custom commitments without company approval.
5. Payment & Conduct Rules
- All client payments must be made only to Sai Chandra Solutions’ assigned UPI or bank account.
- Sales partners are strictly prohibited from collecting payments personally.
- Any payment misuse, misrepresentation, or false commitments may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
- Sales partners must always follow the official Sales Partner Terms.
Communication Flexibility
Use the method that works best for both sides.
- Communicate with clients via phone calls or WhatsApp.
- Some clients respond better on calls, others on WhatsApp.
- Choose call-first or WhatsApp-first based on comfort.
Always:
- Follow official pricing.
- Follow payment rules.
- Avoid false promises.
